What is L.O.S City?
A revival of CityVille (Zynga, 2010–2015), run by the team behind L.O.S Farms. It runs the CityVille Preservation Project's restored game, with more lost art recovered by us. See Credits.
How do I play?
Get the L.O.S launcher, sign in with your L.O.S account, choose L.O.S City in the games hub and press Play. Step by step: Getting Started.
Is it free?
Yes, completely. Nothing in L.O.S City is sold: the CityVille server's licence doesn't allow it.
Does my old CityVille city still exist?
No, sorry. Zynga's servers and saves are gone, so everyone starts a new city.
How do I get more coins or City Cash?
Play, of course, and while the City Treasury is open, Add Coins & Cash at the top gives you some for free (up to 30 times an hour). The game reloads to show them.
Who are my neighbours?
Every other L.O.S City player. Click a picture in the bar at the bottom and choose Visit to help out in their city, or Gift to send a free gift.
Why is a building blank or missing its picture?
Its art was never recovered from the original servers. Most of the game is back, and we add more when we find it. See What Works Right Now.
A goal is stuck
Reload the game first: most goals pick up again. If it's still stuck, post in Bug Reports with the goal's name.
